After many years of water drive development,Daqing oilfield has entered the late stage of ultra-high water cut.The comprehensive moisture content of the produced fluid in oilfield is more than 95%,and the amount of oily sewage treatment is increasing.In addition,with the large-scale application of polymer flooding and three element composite flooding,the difficulty of oil and water separation is more difficult,which leads to the increasing of the sewage settling tank and the multifarious pipe sinks,and the increasing of the operating load rate of the oily wastewater treatment system.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the study on the law of oil and water separation and its influencing factors.Improve the current sewage treatment capacity of oilfield production system.Based on the mechanism of oil and water separation,this paper analyzes the mechanism of coarse graining technology to improve the efficiency of oil and water separation,and uses the coarse grained experimental device,combined with the principle of equal current and reservoir theory to carry out the experimental study of the crude oil beads in the produced water.The experimental results show that the demulsifier and coarse granulation can increase the diameter of the oil bead and reduce the diameter less than 1 u t.Oil beads,increase the efficiency of separation.At the same time,the treatment effect is best,the removal efficiency is best,the oil removal rate is up to 80%,and the maximum flow rate of 5.76 m m/d is calculated.The oil droplet concentration of the treated sewage is less than 1 m,and the treatment efficiency is 568 times that of the large tank in the field,and the efficiency of the coarse grained and the separator is 266 times that of the large tank.The combined treatment efficiency of the separator is 261 times higher than that of the on-site large tank.Coarse-grained technology greatly improves the efficiency of oil and water separation.It can increase the capacity of sewage treatment,reduce the number of settlement tank,simplify the flow of surface pipe,reduce the cost of sewage treatment,save energy and reduce consumption.It also has a broad application prospect and huge social and economic benefits.
