Research On The Management Of Material Excellence In Construction Enterprise A Of Daqing Oilfield

Lean management is directly opposed to waste behavior in enterprise management,and eliminating waste is the core idea.There are still wasteful behaviors in the management of materials in construction enterprises in Daqing Oilfield A,such as excessive inventory,unnecessary processes,and blind transportation.These wasteful behaviors exist in a large number of daily production management.They have a strong concealment nature and can not create value.Instead,they affect efficiency and increase costs.They are all objects that the management of management needs to eliminate.This article first expounds the background of implementing lean management in the material management work of construction enterprise A in Daqing Oilfield,and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,through the interpretation of the meaning of lean management,material management,lean material management,and lean material management.This paper studies the theoretical basis of implementing lean management in the material management of A construction enterprises,and points out the necessity and feasibility of implementing lean management based on the present situation and existing problems of the material management of A construction enterprises.Implement lean management on the four aspects of material procurement,supplier management,inventory management,and information management of A construction enterprises,in order to ensure the implementation effect of lean management,This paper puts forward five safeguard measures from establishing lean management organization,upgrading material management skills,constructing comprehensive performance management mechanism,creating full participation in management atmosphere,and strengthening lean enterprise culture construction.
