In recent years,the problem of biological and non-biological environmental pollution has become more and more serious,and traditional materials only can deal with a single environmental problem.To solve above problems,in this paper,metal coordination polymer with adjustable skeleton structure is introduced into biological antibacterial algal inhibiting area,besides,it's also used for removing the organic pollutants in non-biological wastewater to achieve multi-function purposes in the environment.The complex material is a new inorganic-organic hybrid material which's composed of inorganic metal ions and organic ligands.Due to the diverse and easily regulated structures and tunable surface active sites,the complexes have been widely used in the fields of drug loading,sensing,adsorption,fluorescence,catalysis and antibacterial.This study is based on the research of NMTER group,comparing different metal coordination polymer antibacterial properties of the active site and choosing better antibacterial effect of silver coordination polymer to process the in-depth investigation.According to the principle of crystal engineering design,we make the use of slow diffusion method to successfully synthesize a series of nano-silver of new multi-function complex material.And analyzing the structure and performance characterization and by choosing the typical organic dyes and PPCPs as adsorption of target material,we investigate the adsorption performance and antimicrobial algal inhibiting performance of the synthetic complexes,even its mechanism.The main research results are as follows:?1?The research of antibacterial properties of different metal ions coordination polymer-this article selects the classic coordination polymer and NMTER synthesized coordination polymer,and compares a series of silver zinc,cobalt and manganese metal coordination polymer antimicrobial activities,and chooses silver coordination polymer with better antibacterial effect to deeply investigate its structure composition and compostion and the relationship between the release ability and antibacterial activity of silver ions.Considering the principle of design of crystal engineering with 5-hydroxy isophthalic acid?5Ha?and amino terephthalic acid 2-?2 Aa?as the carboxylic acid ligands,and by adjusting the different N ligands synthesis of 7 kinds of silver is a coordination polymer,comparing the antibacterial properties,we find that the antibacterial activities on escherichia coli will be different from diverse skeletal structure of coordination polymer BUC-53BUC-59 silver ion.The higher the silver ions content,the weaker the Ag-O/N bond,and the stronger the silver ions release,the higher the antibacterial activities.?2?Two silver-based coordination polymers,[Ag2?bpy?2·?cbda?]?BUC-51?and[Ag3?bpy?3?cpda?]·?NO3?·9H2O?BUC-52?,has been successfully prepared by slow evaporation at room temperature.These coordination polymers exhibited good adsorptive performances towards series organic dyes with sulfonic groups,which could be ascribed to the Ag···O interaction between the silver?I?of CPs and the oxygen atoms from sulfonic groups with about one mole ratio.Both BUC-51 and BUC-52 favour slow release of Ag+ions resulting into outstanding long-term antibacterial abilities towards Gram-negative bacteria,Escherichia coli?E.coli?,which was tested by a minimal inhibition concentration?MIC?benchmark and an inhibition zone testing method.Transmission electron microscope?TEM?images demonstrated that these Ag-based coordination polymers could destroy the bacterial membrane which might cause the death of cell.Additionally,the excellent stability in common solvents and optical stability under UV-visible light facilitate their adsorptive and antibacterial applications.?3?A silver-based coordination polymer[Ag2?idca??H2O?2]?BUC 16?,had been successfully prepared and used as efficient adsorbent to perform adsorption toward organic pollutants like promethazine hydrochlorine?PMH,1395 mg/g?,sulfamethoxazole?SMX,675mg/g?,cationic methylene blue?MB,1317 mg/g?in simulated wastewater.It exhibited excellent and long-term antimicrobial and alga-inhibiting?odour control?activities,which can significantly inhibited the growth of E.coli and M.aeruginosa.It is the first time to report that the coordination polymer can be used to carry out odor??-cyclocitral?control.
