The hydraulic roadway drilling rig is one of the drilling equipments necessary for coal mining,and it can complete the drilling of multi-angle and different types of engineering holes because of its convenient operation,good disassemblability,high drilling efficiency,convenient mobile relocation,and strong reliability.It has become the dominant model for underground drilling operations in coal mines and is crucial for the control of coal and gas outbursts,gas dust explosions and other disasters.With the increase of coal mining volume and the increasingly harsh construction environment in coal mines,the requirements for drilling rigs are also getting higher and higher.Aiming at the technical problems such as the low degree of automation in the existing coal drill operation,the large amount of labor,low efficiency and poor safety in the process of transporting,installing and disassembling the mining rod,a new hydraulic drilling rig with automatic continuous bar function is put forward in this paper.Based on the main roadway and mine in Huaihe coal mine,the innovative design is carried out,and a new type structure of the coal mine hydraulic drill with the function of automatic continuous rod is put forward.The basic performance parameters of the drilling rig are preliminary determined.it is concluded that to match the structure and working parameters of each part of this paper expounds the working principle of the drill,and the related mechanical structure of drilling rig,mainly include:automatic renewal mechanism,a power head device,gripper mechanism,drill carried on the detailed analysis and design;Based on the application of software ANSYS workbench for static simulation of the drilling rig is mainly a supporting mechanism of unloading rod box,transverse strut,drilling rig power head plate and the support column do static simulation to ensuresafety and stability of the drilling mechanism.Based on the structure design of the coal mine hydraulic drill with auto-suspending function,the load characteristics of the drill during drilling are analyzed,and the hydraulic system diagram of the drill is designed;the work of turning and feeding the power head is mainly introduced.The working characteristics of the power head turning and feeding circuit are mainly introduced,components in the loop are selected and relevant parameters are calculated.The simulation model using AMESim hydraulic simulation software to build a power head rotation circuit and the feeding circuit of hydraulic system,According to the characteristics of the load of the drill,the response of the system under different load conditions was simulated respectively,and the cylinder displacement and hydraulic cylinder speed were obtained,motor speed,motor torque,motor inlet pressure and other changes of the curve,the analysis results show that:the design of the power head feed circuit and rotary loop hydraulic system has a fast response,better stability characteristics,explained the The correctness and rationality of the designed hydraulic system.The drilling rig designed in this paper is of great significance for solving the problems of large labor intensity,difficulty in installation,low efficiency,and poor safety of the workers in the process of drilling and unloading the drill rods in underground coal mines,and can realize the safety and efficiency of coal mining equipment,Low-cost operation.
