Research On Construction Safety Management Of Construction Enterprises

With the "urbanization" and "The Belt and Road" is put forward,the construction enterprise has entered a new stage of development,its development opportunity to mature.However,according to the "Ministry of housing and urban construction"released data show that nearly ten years the number of accidents accounted for 25%,only the first three quarters of 2017,the number of accidents in construction enterprises reached 514,the death toll reached 615 people,the construction enterprise safety production situation is still grim.Because of the particularity of the construction site itself,so the accident is due to a variety of factors(people,objects,environment management,etc.)caused by,if we can promptly find out the risk factors of the accident,and be able to grasp the relationship of risk factors,so as to reduce the probability of the accident,it has practical significance for important to improve safety management efficiency.At present,there are shortcomings in the research of construction safety management,such as single quantification index,strong subjectivity and difficult field investigation,which make the conclusion of the study less practical.Starting from the related concepts,based on the diversity and complexity of the risk factors in the construction site,and through reading a large number of documents and analyzing nearly ten years' construction accident cases,this paper summarizes the influencing factors system of safety management.Based on the first 5 indicators of human factors,material factors,management level,environmental factors,construction technology and technology,25 specific indicators,such as safety rules and regulations,safety production ideology and so on,are put forward,and an evaluation model affecting construction safety management is built.The method of pre research,to analyze the affecting factors,select suitable for the analysis of the evaluation index system,finally through the method of investigation of A.Field investigation and questionnaire to collect relevant data,and the data were collected,using SPSS22.0 software to manage the whole data to analyze the reliability,validity and factor.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire,finally using AMOS 17.software model on the assumption that the fitting,correction and evaluation,the weight of each index calculation.The results show that the human factors,material factors,environmental factors,management level and construction technology of construction safety management and safety management has significant positive effects,the degree of influence factors according to the order of human factors(0.874)were due to factors>(0.837)>technology and Technology(0.802)(0.783)>>the management level of environmental factors(0.752).And according to the analysis results,put forward the shortcomings of security management of A company,to enhance the level of safety management,A company should do:first,safety education and training of personnel;secondly enhance physical security state(reasonable custody mechanical equipment regular maintenance and building materials);again the introduction of construction technology and advanced technology;finally improve the construction the on-site management level and maintain the environment of construction site safety state(with good lighting,site clean).In order to promote the healthy development of A company and improve the level of its own safety management for other enterprises,it can be used for reference.
