Research On Structural Equation Model Of Safety Behavior Based On Factor Interaction

With the development of modern complex production technology system,the increase of production demand and the large investment of automation system,along with the improvement of productivity,the danger and complexity of the system,defense facilities and technology emerge at the historic moment,but the accident situation has not been contained.Facing the severe situation of safety production,this paper studies the production mode of the coexistence of traditional production and automatic production The influencing factors of safety behavior and the interaction between them,the causes of unsafe behavior are studied,the incidence of unsafe behavior is reduced,and the theoretical basis for the actual management work is provided.This paper studies from the following aspects:Firstly,based on the behavioral theory,behavioral cognitive mechanism and model,the process of behavioral decision-making and the theory of accident cause are analyzed,and the key links of behavior formation are proposed.Based on the analysis of safety behavior influencing factors from the perspective of "people,things,environment and management",25 safety behavior influencing factor indexes are obtained,8 key factors are extracted through factor analysis,and the measurement scale and hypothesis model of safety behavior influencing factors are constructed;Secondly,construct the structural equation model of influencing factors of safety behavior,verify the driving role and path between factors,and analyze and draw the following conclusions: from high to low,the influencing effectiveness value of safety behavior is: management dimension(+ 0.586),environment dimension(+ 0.347),object dimension(+ 0.239),individual dimension(+ 0.213),individual dimension has significant mediating effect on safety behavior;based on age The difference analysis of 8 key factors of safety behavior of four group characteristics,i.e.length of service,education level and mode of production,only "social environment" has no significant difference,and the difference focuses on "safety technology quality" and "psychological capital composition".Finally,starting from the root of behavior formation and supported by the psychological characteristics of behavior decision-making,this paper analyzes the decision-making motivation of employees' safety behavior from the perspective of behavioral economics,constructs the evolutionary game model of behavior decision-making based on "cost-benefit" between the organizer and employees,and conducts numerical simulation analysis on the evolutionary state and path trend of group behavior decision-making,so as to obtain a stable The ideal state of behavior management,as well as the bad state of behavior management to be broken,provides certain theoretical support for the decision-making of safety behavior management.
