Research And Design Of Intellectualized Production System For Coal Preparation Plant

At present,the majority of coal preparation plant in dense medium coal preparation process control,raw coal slurry treatment of flotation coal preparation and filter production system adopts the traditional manual control process,which relies on the operator’s experience and estimation,by seeing,touching and other operating mode to obtain data.Although in some processes have already achieved intelligence,such as the coal processing of automatic control function,the dense medium of ash on-line detection function,etc.,in some critical processes have not achieved intellectualized control.Be aimed at shortcomings and deficiencies that WOBEI coal preparation plant has,we design a set of intelligent system that can effectively improve the work efficiency of coal preparation plant and quality of coral preparation.This paper is aimed at the problems that WOBEI coal preparation plant exists at present and puts forward the depth of the integration of the dense medium system,flotation system,pressure filtration system,concentration of filter system,integrating the system as a whole.Establishing a new idea that we build a clean,low-carbon,safe,modern coal preparation plant that employs highly intelligent system to enhance the automation level of each process and work efficiency and to reduce the worker labor intensity.On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the process construction technology of domestic and foreign coal preparation plant,completing the intelligent design of heavy medium production system,planktonic production system,pressure production system and other auxiliary production system.Managing equipment with the information-based means to improve he timeliness,reliability of equipment maintenance,to monitor equipment operation state so that achieving data sharing among different systems.Ultimately,it is beneficial to the improvement of control system.To achieve the fine management of reagent,save the cost of production,providing reliable and real-time data for the production system.
