Research And Design Of Coal Preparation Plants' Automation System

In today's society,in the context of rapid economic development,heavy industry is developing rapidly. Coal is the energy used in heavy industry and played a crucial role. With the growing demand for cleaned coal, coal preparation plants develop rapidly in recent years. As technology improving, the cleaning process can continue to improve. Traditional control system also changed fundamentally. In particular, the Computer network, Control, Communications, Electrical Technology and Sensor Instrument Technology is developing rapidly. We increases the demand for coal preparation plants' centralized control system. Coal preparation plants is developing toward integration and intelligence. We requires coal preparation plants to have powerful automation system to provide reliable data.This paper studies the coal preparation plants' automation system based on the features and requirements of automation systems and Henan Hebi Coal Furui coal preparation plant as the research object. This paper mainly completes the following work:Firstly, the paper proposes the present paper research goal and the significance through introduced the coal preparation plant collection control system historical development and the present situation. Secondly, it analyzes the coal preparation plant system craft and constructs the coal preparation plant three automation structures: Field Control System,scheduling monitor layer and message management layer. Then it carriesc on the discussion separately to this three systems and studies Field Control System deeply , including control system structure, software and hardware design, system control process and control method. And analysis the system reliability and the anti-jamming measure. Finally, it explains the studies achievement and insufficiency by Summing up the topic and pointed out the method which should be enhanced and improved.
