The Analysis On The Driving Factors Of Environmental Behavior Of Enterprises In Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei Region

The Beij ing-Tianj in-Hebei integration has entered a substantive stage of advancement.In the process of dissolving Beijing's non-capital functions and carrying out cross-regional industrial restructuring,transformation,and upgrading,the protection of natural resources and the ecological environment is an unavoidable major practical issue.Based on the literature review of corporate environmental behaviors,this paper studies the drivers of corporate environmental behavior in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Through questionnaires,315 valid samples were collected from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the sample companies'environmental behaviors were scored using factor analysis methods.The environmental factors of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei enterprises were also tested for regression.The score results show that,from a regional point of view,the environmental performance scores of enterprises in Hebei Province are higher,which indicates that enterprises in the region are more concerned about their environmental behavior.From the perspective of the nature of the company,the environmental behavior of joint-stock enterprises and state-owned or collective enterprises is significantly better.For other types of enterprises,it is illustrated that these two types of enterprises have performed more prominently in the implementation of the government's policy on ecological civilization.Large-scale enterprises with long existence have demonstrated better corporate environmental behavior.Through regression analysis,the main driving factors for the environmental behavior of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei enterprises were environmental regulation,financial status,environmental awareness of employees and attitudes of stakeholders.Among them,environmental regulation will bring external pressure to the enterprise and promote its environmental behavior;companies with better financial status will pay more attention to long-term development and choose to strengthen their own environmental management,and employees will have higher awareness of environmental protection.It will be more conducive to the improvement of environmental behavior work.stakeholders' concern for environmental protection will also have a positive effect on the improvement of corporate environmental behavior to some extent.From the results of data analysis and regression testing,optimizing the environmental behavior of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-based enterprises can be started from three aspects:First,strengthening the government's environmental control and constraining the company's environmental behavior.Second,enhancing the company's environmental management awareness,consciously performing social responsibilities.Last but not the least,using regional advantages to promote The Beij ing-Tianj in-Hebei environmental collaborative governance.
