Research On Corporate Environmental Values And Their Consequences

The environmental values of enterprises are in the course of the game between enterprises and natural resources and the environment,and various stakeholders,with managers as the medium.The concept of sustainable development in human environmental values is gradually internalized into the whole process of enterprise management,management decision-making and business operations,and forms an organic component of corporate values.It is the basis for determining the environmental behavior of enterprises,and the study of the environmental values of enterprises can clarify the motivation of environmental behavior of enterprises,thus guiding enterprises to consciously consider environmental factors in their operations,management decisions,and business operations,and establish a good environmental value orientation.To improve the environmental behavior of enterprises from the source.Through a questionnaire survey of 406 middle and senior managers of enterprises in Beijing,tianjin-hebei,China,and Hebei,we obtained 378 valid samples and analyzed their factors.The status quo of environmental values and the implementation of environmental behavior of enterprises in the three places were rated separately.It also analyzes the influence of five dimensions,such as employee's environmental consciousness and behavior,enterprise development strategy,enterprise's business philosophy,enterprise's decision-making rules,and enterprise's operating mode,on enterprise's environmental behavior.According to the results,the environmental values of the enterprises in the Beijing region scored the highest,followed by the Tianjin region,and the Hebei region scored the lowest.The results show the same ranking,which means that the higher the environmental values of the enterprise,the better the corresponding environmental behavior of the enterprise.The results of regression analysis show that employees 'environmental awareness and behavior,corporate development strategy,business philosophy,decision-making rules,and business model all have an impact on the implementation of corporate environmental behavior.And the three dimensions of employee's environmental consciousness and behavior,enterprise development strategy,and enterprise's business philosophy have a strong influence on enterprise's environmental behavior,and the influence of enterprise's decision-making rules and enterprise's operating mode is relatively weak.To improve the environmental behavior of enterprises,we must start from both government supervision and practice,so as to encourage enterprises to consciously consider environmental factors and fulfill environmental obligations in their business decision-making and management activities,and stimulate pro-environmental behavior.Thus fundamentally promote the social economy to achieve green environmental protection and sustainable development.
