Steelmaking&Continuous Casting productive scheduling problems show the features of complexity,random,constraining force and multiple targets etc.In the steelmaking process,it is limited and difficult to adopt the manual method to compile Steelmaking&Continuous Casting productive scheduling plan.It is even hard to compile well and predict intuitively the Steelmaking&Continuous Casting productive scheduling plan.This method shall easily lead to a series of problems,like idle or overloaded manufacturing equipment,logistics jam,long-waiting time among working procedures.It may bring more serious consequences,like casting break in Continuous Casting stage,overdue delivery.To solve the problems above,it is necessary to study Steelmaking&Continuous Casting productive scheduling problems.This thesis study shall be made as follow:(1)The thesis shall focus on a two-phase algorithm to solve the problems above.The first-phase algorithm is based on casting starting time of different castings to retrace the best casting operation time in each phase.The second-phase algorithm is to designate the casting time for each casting and each procedure.A rough scheduling shall be obtained based on the two-phase algorithm.(2)The rough scheduling aims at solving the problems of casting break and idle or overloaded manufacturing equipment.It also improves the problems of logistics jam and long-waiting time among working procedures.However,the rough scheduling has a disadvantage that the conflict among the casting times may not be settled.To get the optimization productive scheduling plan,the conflicts in the rough scheduling must be solved.Conflict solution algorithm can be adopted to solve the conflicts among the casting times.Then the optimized Steelmaking&Continuous Casting productive scheduling plan shall be obtained.(3)Finally,the two kinds of software,namely 3DS Max and Unity3D,shall be used for simulation research of Steelmaking&Continuous Casting productive scheduling process.Without the real construction,the simulation experiment can also show the real Steelmaking&Continuous Casting productive procedures to verify the rationality and feasibility of productive scheduling intuitively.First,3DS Max software shall be used for three-dimensional modeling of productive logistics.Then the finished three-dimensional models of steel ladle,converter,refining place,conticaster etc shall be imported into Unity3D software.Unity3D shall conduct a rational distribution on the various models.The Steelmaking&Continuous Casting productive scheduling plan form obtained by the two-phase algorithm and conflict solution algorithm shall be used as the data input.The it is expected to compile the corresponding C#scripts on steel ladle,refining place,converter,trolley,crown block and simulate the productive scheduling process of steel plant for driving.The experiment result shall be obtained by running the simulation software.It proves the validity and rationality of Steelmaking&Refining&RContinuous Casting scheduing simulation based on 3DS MAX and Unity 3D.The experiment is more intuitive.Three groups of data are used to verify the correctness and expansibility of the two-phase algorithm and conflict solution algorithm and get the final Steelmaking&Continuous Casting productive scheduling plan form.Gantt chart is used to show the rough scheduling of the three group of data and the optimized scheduling graph.The two-phase algorithm and conflict solution algorithm can be adopted for equitable distribution of equipment resource and solution of equipment resource conflict.It guarantees the normal casting and continuous casting,reduces the waiting time of procedures,saves the energy consumption and productive cost and improves the enterprise benefits.The simulation software is used to obtain the experiment result.The experiment verifies the validity of Steelmaking&Refining&RContinuous Casting scheduing simulation based on 3DS MAX and Unity 3D.The experiment is more reasonable and intuitive.
