A Research About Control Characteristics Of Hydraulic System Of Snubbing Unit Based On PLC

Snubbing technology can reduce the pollution to the production layer,protect the original strata to the maximum,achieved high efficiency mining and improve the final recovery.At the same time,it can simplify operation procedure,increase production efficiency and reduce production cost.This unique advantages make snubbing technology widely applied in China.Due to the blockade of advanced technology in developed countries,the control technology of the Snubbing device has lagged far behind in our country that can not fully meet the needs of oil and gas production.So that,the study about Snubbing device control technology has importantl significance.Based on the background of oilfield production in China,the control system of the snubbing device is studied in this paper from the following aspects:1)On the basis of the existing snubbing device in China,a hydraulic control system based on PLC is designed according to the control requirements.2)The hydraulic control system of single ram type BOP is designed,and the simulation of closing action of gate is carried out by using AMESim software.3)The column lifting hydraulic control system is designed,and the simulation of the lifting and lowering of the column is carried out by using AMESim software.4)The mathematical modeling of column lifting hydraulic control system is carried out,and the dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed by MATLAB software.The stability of the system is analyzed emphatically,and the design of correction links is designed.5)The overall design of PLC control system is completed.Combining PLC with hydraulic control technology,the automatic operation process of pipe string lifting and lowering is realized.The control characteristics of the snubbing device are mainly embodied in the control of the solenoid valve,the interlocking of the program of the slip,the control of the operation pressure of the blowout preventer and the control of the lifting displacement of the pipe column.The control system for snubbing device based on PLC improves the automation level of the operation,reduces labor consumption,and is more secure and efficient.
