With modern coal mining production, efficiency and safety and other indicators of the requirements of more and more high, coal mining machinery as one of the important equipment of coal mining machinery, in order to adapt to this trend, the research and design of high power electric traction shearer is more rapid, intelligent and automation. As one of the key technologies of the intelligent modulation technology, the memory cutting height adjustment is one of the key technologies. It has a certain value to improve the research and application of the underground mining efficiency and intelligent control technology, so it has better practicability and more and more attention to the researchers.At present, it is not common to use the memory cutting technology. In the application of the coal mining machine, the high precision of the hydraulic system is not considered. In this paper, the MG750/1860-WD type coal mining machine as an example, through the establishment of the system of coal mining machine, virtual prototype, respectively, MATLAB AMESim-ADAMS simulation and Simulink simulation, the final analysis of the response time, based on the response time to the memory cutting of the control strategy for the optimization and simulation analysis, given the different conditions of the control strategy. In addition, the paper also gives the corresponding simulation of the hydraulic pressure regulating system of the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve, and obtains the high performance of the system. At last, the experiment of the height change of the cylinder and the pressure of the hydraulic valve to the hydraulic cylinder is carried out.The results of this paper are as follows:1. The response time of the hydraulic system is more reliable than that of the Simulink AMESim-ADAMS simulation results of MATLAB.2. In the ratio of the height of the height of the control strategy, the higher the ratio of the height of the machine is the ratio of the height to the height of the sampling interval. The experimental results show that the proposed model is feasible.The simulation model established in this paper can be used for the optimization of hydraulic pressure system of coal mining machine. The relevant conclusions and data can be used to provide reference for other analysis.
