Automobile panel is complicated in shape and strict in forming accuracy,so improving the forming quality of panel is the key way.In this paper,numerical simulation and forming process parameters optimization of an automobile outboard panel are carried out by DYNAFORM software.Firstly,the forming process of the automobile outboard panel is analyzed,the finite element model of stamping forming is set up,the rectangular blank and the Pentagon blank are selected,and the orthogonal experiment is designed to optimize preliminarily.The main influencing factors,the blank pressing force,the gap between the concave die and the friction coefficient,are analyzed,and the three factors of the two shape blanks are obtained.The best combination is determined by comparison and analysis to determine the shape of the sheet is Pentagon.Secondly,based on the multiobjective parameter optimization of the response surface method,the response surface model of the eight design variables,the difference of the thickness,the minimum thickness and the maximum thickness of the six sections of the drawbead resistance coefficient value,the friction coefficient and the blank holder force,is set up with the orthogonal test data as the sample.The effect of the factors on the target function is analyzed.A multi-objective optimization model with the minimum thickness and the maximum thickness as the constraint objective is established.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used for global optimization,and the approximate optimal combination of process parameters is obtained,and good quality of deep drawing is obtained.The blank holder force has great influence on the forming quality,and has been verified by the response surface method.Based on the optimal combination of process parameters,the blank holder force and variable blank holder force of the rear door outer panel are studied.Through comparison and analysis,it is found that the combined way of variable blank holder force obtained in different regions makes the forming quality of the automobile outboard panel better,the thickness of the automobile outboard panel is smaller,the uniformity of the forming precision and the thickness distribution is greatly improved.The trimming springback simulation of the automobile outboard panel in the optimal partition blank-holder force combination method is used to predict the springback amount and provide a basis for controlling springback.Therefore,the combination of CAE and optimization technology can achieve the optimal design of the forming process of the panel,which has a good application prospect and practical value.
