After the new century,with the continuous development of China's economy,the pace of urbanization is accelerating,and a series of infrastructure construction is increasing,and many of the infrastructure construction in the city is one of the most representative projects.Under the condition that the design and construction of the vast majority of the projects are becoming more and more complex,the construction links are becoming more and more demanding for the enterprise managers,and the cooperation between the various specialties and departments is also becoming very important.The dual management mode of owner and supervision is usually adopted in the safety management of project engineering,which shows a relatively strong decentralized control characteristic,which leads to the scattered information transmission,the information source is not easy to be controlled and identified.In the process of security management,there will be a large amount of information confusion and lack of resource sharing.It is difficult to find such problems as security risks,which will cause the safety management of the project to a large extent in time and accuracy,which will affect the construction quality,cost and personal safety of the whole project.Building information model(BIM)technology,as a technology that can effectively realize multi-dimensional modeling in engineering construction in recent years,can play an important role in the whole process cycle of the project.It can also play a good role in the safety management of engineering construction.It can not only effectively solve the process of construction safety management.In addition,the problem of data sharing and security management cooperation between different units can be improved,so as to greatly improve the level of the construction safety of real estate projects.Under this background,this paper chooses the construction safety management as the research object,applies the BIM technology to the safety management process of the engineering construction,and aims to find an effective path for the application of BIM technology to the safety management of the engineering construction.This paper focuses on the application of BIM technology in the safety management of engineering construction.The paper first expounds the main research background,research significance and the research and application of BIM technology at home and abroad,and further discusses the connotation,characteristics and application of BIM technology in many aspects,and lays the full text of the paper.The theoretical basis of the study.After that,the objectives and principles of the application of BIM technology in engineering construction safety management are discussed,and the basic process and method of BIM technology in this field are further clarified.Then,with the help of specific cases,the case analysis is carried out on the case of the application of BIM technology in the safety management level of the engineering construction and the case analysis.The concrete application of the construction site planning and deployment,the safety deployment of the construction machinery and the risk factors management of the construction safety should be applied in the process of safety management of the construction.The final paper puts forward the guarantee measures to strengthen the application of the BIM technology in the safety management of the construction,and the main need is from the management guarantee,the technical guarantee and the system.The concrete measures to ensure the application of BIM technology in the safety management of engineering construction are put forward in many aspects.These measures play an important role in strengthening the application of BIM technology in the field of engineering construction.The research of this paper has a good practical significance for improving the traditional engineering safety methods and improving the safety management level of the project construction projects.In addition,the application of BIM technology in engineering safety has a positive effect on improving the standardization and information of safety management of the construction enterprises in China.
