QSGM company was formerly founded in May 1993 in Zibo QSGM Limited by Share Ltd,formerly Sinopec group Qilu Petrochemical Industries Co Shengli Refinery collective enterprise.In December 2007,it was restructured and renamed Shandong QSGM company Limited by Share Ltd,became a private enterprise.Since 2007 restructuring,QSGM company gradually embarked on the autonomous development of the road,but its development is still the original parent company of Qilu Petrochemical has a certain dependence,still can not please rely on Qilu Petrochemical main products production and sales of the company to the development of the road is narrow,easily affected by fluctuations the development of petrochemical industry.Therefore,this paper takes the QSGM company as the research object,through literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the research on how to gradually get rid of dependence on Qilu Petrochemical this large-scale petrochemical enterprises,enhance their competitiveness,taking QSGM company independent operation,the rapid development of the road to provide useful guidance.At the same time,this study can also provide reference for other Linzi areas to rely on the strategic development transformation of Qilu petrochemical enterprises,and it has a strong practical significance.The research contents of this paper can be divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,which comprehensively expounds the background,significance,methods and contents of the research,and conducts in-depth research on domestic and foreign competitive strategy research literature,so as to prepare for the thesis research.The second part,the relevant theoretical basis,in-depth analysis of the competitive strategy theory,the connotation and development of clear competitive strategy and basic competitive strategy types,in-depth study of the transaction cost theory,innovation theory,enterprise life cycle theory,learning theory tools using PEST analysis method,SWOT analysis method,theoretical basis research papers.The third part,QSGM analysis of state-owned company internal environment,first understand the QSGM company overview,and then from the products,technology,industry chain and other aspects of the analysis of QSGM company of state-owned enterprises rely on,based on the analysis of QSGM company of state-owned enterprises depend on the existence of the problem,and the internal factor evaluation matrix(EFE)analysis,in order to clear the internal environment of the business enterprise.The fourth part is the analysis of the external development environment of QSGM company.First,we use PEST analysis to analyze the social environment of QSGMcompany,then analyze the QSGM company's industry environment,and then analyze the external factor(EFE)evaluation matrix,so as to clarify the external environment of the company.The fifth part,the choice and implementation of QSGM company differential competition strategy,first to clear the vision and target of QSGM company development,and then to QSGM company SWOT analysis,clear the main advantages and disadvantages of the company,the opportunities and threats,and then based on the QSPM matrix to select the QSGM differential competition strategy,and finally put forward the difference.Suggestions for the implementation of the competitive strategy of alienation.The sixth part,the safeguard measures of QSGM company's competitive strategy implementation,put forward the guarantee measures to get rid of the status quo of the dependence of state-owned enterprises,strengthen the construction of the staff team and improve the management level of the human resources of the company.
