In the industrial production activities,the oil transfer pump unit is the core equipment in the oil transmission,its safe operation is particularly important.Oil transfer pump unit work associated with the generation of noise,and the running noise and mechanical vibration,contains abundant device status information,it's often used as the basis of equipment status inspection and fault analysis.At present,the use of noise to detect equipment status has become a hot topic in this field.In order to realize intelligent equipment detection,it is more practical to design the operation noise detection and typical fault diagnosis system of the oil pump unit.Therefore put forward the oil transfer pump unit operation noise detection and the design of typical fault diagnosis system the subject,and the detection system,the design and implementation of need for oil transfer pump unit and analyzing the running noise.This thesis mainly contains four core sections: Firstly,the composition and working principle of the oil transfer pump unit are analyzed,according to the equipment structure and the operational mode of the oil transfer unit,classifying the oil transfer pump unit by the operating noises,concluding the main characteristics and the form of expression of classification noises of trouble-free conditions by the theoretical analysis;Secondly,two typical faults of the pump unit are selected,and the corresponding fault state noise characteristics are analyzed to determine the system detection and fault diagnosis algorithm.It is reflected that based on the spectrum analysis,the amplitude ratio of the fault characteristic frequency signal and the maximum value signal is the parameter,and the threshold value is set to determine whether the device is in fault state or not.Thirdly,based on the Lab VIEW software platform,the system is planned to be signal acquisition,signal conditioning,time-frequency analysis,feature extraction,condition judgement module by the modular design idea,realizing the functions of each part by the systems software programming;Finally,using ANSYS simulation technology experiments the most weak electromagnetic noise of the noises of operating oil transfer units,and then the performance of instrument is tested and verified by the samples of multiple sets of noise for the actual production.The result of experiments shows that the analysis of the oil transfer pumps units' noise,operational noise and weak noise have all good detection ability,and the measuring accuracy is higher.
