Fanzhuang block is at the south of Qinshui coal bed methane field, the most commonly used pumping drainage systems have many problems, ,i.e., unable of controlling downhole pressure smoothly, stuck pump caused by coal dust, eccentric wear of inclined wells , poor controllability of facilities ,and parameters are not recorded timely, etc. Aiming at solve these problems, this article analyses the design method of electric submersible pump system which are specialized by CBM wells through adaptability analysis of electric submersible pump during production and its theory research , and conducted process improvement of electric submersible centrifugal pump and optimum design of column; A method called Control Decrease Rate of Flow Pressure has been adopted to conduct intelligent control research of electric submersible pump system of CBM wells; and laboratory experiments of electric submersible centrifugal pump have been carried on ,and field trials were applied on 7 wells on the above basis. he research finds that this centrifugal pump controlled by inverter meets these requirements of low submergence depth and small delivery capacity ; Furthermore, according CBN features, using converter techniques enable free control in the delivery capacity range of 1~50m~3, satisfying continuous work of gas wells and application of intelligent closed loop control system; and fulfill the real-time requirements of CBM wells production law and remote control, reducing the reaction time and management investment. This electric submersible pump system is fit for CBM wells with medium production of coal dust and small liquid capacity, furthermore, it will have a broad application prospects with constantly improvement and perfection of control production technology.
