Control Design And Application Of Burner System For Heating Station Of Transfer Station

Heating furnace is a device that converts the external energy of chemical energy and electromagnetic energy into heat energy,and transfers heat to the workpiece or material to make the temperature rise.The burner design of the reheating furnace of the transfer station mainly refers to the operation of the reheating furnace under the outdoor environment conditions,so the reheating furnace is a key link in the safe production of crude oil.In this paper,according to the needs of the field production field,the corresponding theoretical study of the burner system of the reheating furnace of the transfer station is designed.The SR-150D-XL001 series multi-function integrated burner is designed and produced in combination with the actual working experience of the hot washing furnace and water mixing furnace in Daqing oil field transfer station.To realize the combustion heating effect is good,the control system automation level is high,the control elements are more comprehensive.It is not only suitable for the hot washing heating furnace,but also suitable for the water mixing heating furnace,especially the frequent start and stop high efficiency hot washing furnace,to achieve higher effect and make the post staff more convenient and safe to control the production of the heating furnace.
