The united station is an important part of oil field ground gathering system and one of its main energy consuming nodes.The heating system of united station accounts for most of the total energy consumption of the entire united station,but the joint station heating system normally has the problem of large energy consumption and low efficiency.In particular,the above problems are particularly serious for a joint station that performs dehydration treatment mainly by thermal chemical gravity settling.Therefore,the study about dewatering temperature,optimization of furnace operation and optimization of system operation has great significance on energy conservation.In this paper,the indoor laboratory parameters of the united station were investigated,and indoor laboratory parameters were determined.Through indoor thermal chemical subsidence experiment data and field operation data comparison,the indoor experiment has been corrected,which determines the united station settling tank dehydration temperature range on the basis of meeting the requirements of sedimentation tank dehydration and normal production.Two sets of heating furnace simulation models were established by referring to the industry standard SY/T0535-94 and fuel gas boiler,and The comparison between the two models showed that the variation rule of the heating furnace simulation model based on the fuel gas boiler is more consistent with the operation of the on-site heating furnaces;The field heating furnace was investigated,and its adjustable and measurable parameters were obtained.Combined with the simulation model of heating furnace,the optimization algorithm of heating furnace air distribution was designed.Firstly,the heating furnace simulation model is checked with field test parameters;then the optimized excess air coefficient is given according to the fuel characteristics and the adjustable parameters range of the heating furnace;finally,the fuel consumption is optimized by using the heating furnace simulation model.In this way,the air volume and fuel quantity of the heating furnace are adjusted,and the operation efficiency of the heating furnace is optimized.The optimization algorithm was verified on site,and its error is only about 0.7%.The furnaces of the selected united stations were optimized by the optimization algorithm to improve their efficiency hungely;the calculation model of heating energy consumption was established by using positive balance of heating furnace and optimized heating furnace efficiency.The heat balance and the determined dewatering temperature of each settling tank were used to predict the energy consumption of the united stations in the original heating strategy and changed the heating strategy.The comparison of the predicted results shows that the twice heated mode is superior to the once heated mode.On the basis of the original heating strategy,the dehydration temperature optimization and heating furnace air distribution optimization were applied to united stations at the same time,resulting in greater energy saving at united stations.
