Study On Continuous Micro-weight Weighing Technology Of Pyrotechnics And Improving The Quality Of Pressure Medicine

Initiating explosive device production enterprise,in the pharmaceutical industry or ammunition drugs online weighing at present there is the problem of inaccurate and weighing precision is difficult to guarantee that the main cause of this problem is the accuracy of weighing sensor,drug residues,drug transport in a container in medicine,the above problems in small trace weighing and high precision weighing performance is more obvious.This paper focuses on automatic pressing production line of the military enterprise research,at present the domestic medicine column pressing in the production and processing of micro heavy weighing inaccuracy,low efficiency,safe hidden trouble bigger problems,design a set of suitable for pressing domestic production line of high efficiency and automation level is relatively perfect,safe and reliable medicine column pressure drug production line,aimed at solving domestic manual or semi-automatic pressing mode of production efficiency and security problems of the long term,to improve the efficiency of the pressing the weighing accuracy and provide the reference.First of all,aiming at the problems existing in the two existing production lines with cover,a new type of automatic drug pressing production line with certain flexibility was designed.According to the function of the existing automatic drug pressing equipment,the structure of the device was optimized,the helical drug feeding mechanism was designed,the optimal drug quantity was found out,and the effect of static electricity on drug weighing and its elimination method were studied.Secondly,combining with the theoretical analysis of the force on the traditional Chinese medicine column in the process of drug pressing,the finite element simulation analysis of the force on the traditional Chinese medicine column in the process of drug pressing was carried out by ABAQUS software,and relevant opinions and improvement measures were put forward.On this basis,the mechanical structure,pneumatic system,electronic control system and safety system of the production line were reformed and renewed to meet the expected requirements.The automatic pressing production line has been put into production by bidding in ×× ammunition and explosive equipment manufacturer,and the effect is good.
