With the rapid development of China's economic and social,the social competition is increasingly fierce,the enterprise staff is facing increasing pressure,leading to more and more emotional problems.Employee sentiment is directly related to enterprise development and social stability.Facing,guiding and mediating the employee's emotion and strengthening the management of the employee's emotion is an important means to realize the value of employee's life and promote the harmonious development of the enterprise.The foreign scholars' theoretical research on emotion management is long before our country,which provides theoretical guidance and experience for Chinese enterprises to carry out their emotion management in a' certain sense.At present,our country for the employee to carry out the emotional management of enteroprise is relatively less,emotion management is not yet known by large enterprise managers and staff,there are many defects and shortcomings.In particular,the research on emotion management for a particular group of people is not enough,and it cannot be applied to Chinese enterprises.Therefore,this article hopes to study YT non-ferrous metal co.,LTD.,emotion management staff,helpt employees understand their own emotions,find problems of emotion management.Deeply analyze the reasons of enter:prise emotion management in management concept,management mechanism,management method,management guarantee measures,etc.According to the reasons,the author puts forward effective countermeasures from both the individual and the organization.By strengthening the emotional management of employees and caring for employees,enterprises can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,inspire employees' potentials and realize common development of employees and enterprises.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which focuses on the background,significance(theoretical and practical significance)of the research on emotion management,the current research status,research methods and the characteristic innovation of the topic.The second part is related concepts and theoretical overview.The concept mainly introduces the emotion,emotion management and EAP program,arid introduces the theory of emotion regulation,ABC theory,attribution theory,exchange theory,etc.The third part,the paper introduces the management status of YT company employees,the content of the questionnaire design principle method,emotion management staff analysis of the results of the survey,Analysis of problems and causes in employee emotion management;Chapter 4 puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the management of employees'emotion at the personal and organizational level;The fifth part is the effectiveness analysis of YT company's practice application of employee emotion management,which mainly introduces the practice and application of emotion management,the effect evaluation of emotion management and the measures and guarantee for improving the effectiveness of emotion management;The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect.Due to the limited resources and level,there are some shortcomings in this study,such as the insufficient sample size and the inaccurate design of the questionnaire Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide reference and reference for the management of employees'emotion,improve the work efficiency of employees,and realize the win-win situation between enterprises and employees.
