| Film has been widely used in various fields of optics,as an important part of the optical system,laser damage threshold of film is 2~4 times less than the optical elements surface,film on the surface of optical element will damage in a short period of time when it is affected by high power laser,it affects working life of optical components,then laser damage threshold of optical thin films becomes indispensable performance index.Progress of high-power laser technology has put forward higher requirements for laser damage resistance of thin films.A set of intelligent control system that can accurately measure damage threshold of thin films has became main goal of the research.The contents and results of this thesis are as follows:Studied principle and method of damage threshold test,designed film damage threshold measurement and control system based on existing theory by embedded technology ARM,completed hardware selection of each module of this system and determined overall technical scheme and control scheme of each functional module of this system.By analyzing functions needed,completed design of measurement and control circuit,plated PCB board and welded.Circuit realized control of programmable attenuator module and two-dimensional sample module.Designed corresponding embedded software and corresponding function was debugged.Design of this system monitoring software is completed,including starting interface,detection and adjustment interface,setting interface,test interface and manual fitting interface.Information transmission between monitoring software and control circuit is through the communication mode of internet access,realized control of functional modules included by test and control circuit;and a real-time control of laser output parameters,laser energy and data acquisition of CCD,energy meter by the communication port of computer.Joint debugged system circuit,embedded software and monitoring software.Measured damage threshold of samples combined with 1-on-1 threshold test and CCD online image damage detection method and analyzed data,which verified the feasibility of control scheme adopted in this paper. |
