Aiming at the existing mashgas and coal dust explosion hazard gas of the downhole coal mine,After the analysis of the structure and function of the coal electric drill,the wind coal drill and the gear hydraulic motor,A new hand-held mining rig is put forward and designed.This rig uses hydrostatic balance motor as the driving force,it can carry out excavation on the Coal mine well blasting hole,bolt hole,water injection hole,etc.Based on the structure innovation of static balance hydraulic motor,the structure of double row eccentric crankshaft and double row seven star wheel is designed,and the structure of the drill is designed on the basis of this.In order to simplify the structure of the hydraulic system and reduce the weight of the hydraulic system,a combination valve with functions such as speed regulation,reversing and overflow can be designed.The combined valve can control the speed,positive and reversal of the drill and the protection of overload protection.Based on the motion law of the piston displacement,velocity and acceleration,the flow pulsation rate is calculated and the flow pulsation characteristics are analyzed.The overall mechanical efficiency of the drill is calculated according to the friction loss.The stress analysis of the double row eccentric crankshaft is carried out to check whether the stress is satisfied.In the SolidWorks,a two row eccentric crankshaft 3D model is established,and the strength of the double row eccentric crankshaft is verified by the analysis software Workbench.Based on the Workbench analysis module,the grid division and constraint addition are used to complete the modal analysis.According to the results,the vibration frequency is compared to ensure that the rig will not resonate.The numerical simulation of fluid flow process in hydraulic drilling rig is carried out.Fluid structure interaction analysis is carried out through the establishment of fluid field,mesh generation and boundary condition setting in fluid software Ansys CFX,By comparing the curves of residual convergence in the process of solving different flow velocity,the stability of flow field convergence is analyzed,and the deformation and stress of the rotational part are compared and analyzed,which provides guidance for further experiments.
