As an important part of the energy strategy,oil and gas pipelines have formed a pipe network system covering the major economic regions of the world after nearly 70 years of construction,which has injected a strong impetus to the vigorous development of the world economy.However,the long oil line,high pressure,continuous transportation,flammable and explosive medium,and complex internal and external environment determine the leakage,fire and explosion accidents of oil and gas pipelines,which will not only cause huge property losses and casualties,but also may cause huge loss of property and casualties.It will lead to serious ecological damage and social stability.The paper analysis with CAESARII pipeline stress analysis,and uses the software to simulate the location of the pipe line's easy-to-failure leakage point and the leakage method(cause),and analyze the leakage consequences of the pipeline,including the calculation of leakage and leakage time and the simulation of the explosion accident range.Analyze the adverse effects of the pipeline leakage on the surrounding environment,humanities,economy,politics,etc.,and propose the idea of installing an oil spill collection device at the bottom of the high-steep slope to recover the leaked oil.The emergency oil spill response strategy for high and steep slopes of the Lancang River Crossing Project was formulated and the adaptability and key technologies of emergency rescue technology were analyzed.Study the emergency emergency rescue process and the difficult points and formulate a set of thorough emergency repair plans after the pipeline leaks.An oil spill collection device with an alarm function is designed.The formulation of the scheme includes studying the leakage of the pipeline,designing the oil collection device for temporarily collecting the leakage oil determined by the leakage amount,and predicting the leakage rate to determine the leakage mode to determine the way of pipeline repair,thereby achieving leakage from the pipeline to the response.A possibility to safely store oil during the repair process.The paper is divided into four parts,which are the stress analysis of the pipelines in the high-steep slope section of the Lancang River Crossing Project;the study of pipeline leakage and leakage rate;the research on the emergency disposal strategy of high-steep slope pipeline oil spill;Design;development of the emergency repair program.
