Cocoon cocoon layer is made up of cocoon silk cross each other to form a three-dimensional network structure,the stalemate situation is different between cocoon silk,silk cocoons after 365 nm uv radiation has the different color,this thesis mainly divided into two categories,yellow fluorescent cocoons and purple fluorescent cocoons.In this paper,the effect of fluorescent color separation on silk reeling performance was discussed by exploring the different permeation forms of yellow and purple fluorescent cocoon layers on water and combining with the actual production process.Adding fluorescence at the separations before penetration process,can effectively improve the uniformity of cocoon layer permeability,and reduce the falling thread,improving cocoon reliability.First of all,using365 nm UV light to dried cocoon divided into yellow,purple fluorescent cocoon for different colors.Under constant temperature and constant temperature,the instantaneous contact angle of the drop water and the change of the droplet with time were measured.The water temperature was changed and the tension of water at different temperatures was measured by the suspension drop method,and the contact angle between the droplets of different water temperature and the fluorescent cocoon layer was recorded.Then,combined with the actual infiltration process,the additive JFC is selected as the permeation agent,and the influence of the additives on the penetration of different fluorescent cocoon layers is analyzed.Then,through the penetration of the cooked yellow and purple fluorescent cocoon cocoon stripping tension test of cocoon uniformity.Finally,using a method of stripping silk reeling cocoon silk,determination of 100 times,broken position and broken cocoon length of reeling cocoon cooking for fluorescent color adaptation of penetration.The results show that the cocoon layer unique reticulate structure,cocoon layer surface containing wax material,storage and drying of cocoons produced in the process of sericin denaturation,the reasons for the cocoon layer that has a strong water repellency,without any treatment of pod showed anti wettability,yellow and purple two kinds of fluorescence cocoonlayer anti wettability is different,Yellow Fluorescent cocoon layer of hydrophilic is obviously better than the purple fluorescent cocoon layer,when the water temperature rises,the water tension decreases,and the droplet and cocoon layer contact angle value increases,when adding JFC solution water,droplets can completely penetrate into the Yellow Fluorescent cocoon the cocoon layer,purple fluorescent cocoon shell penetration has increased,but not completely penetrate.The silk reeling of the cocoon layer in the yellow and purple fluorescent cocoons has obvious difference.The JFC solution can effectively increase the permeability uniformity of the cocoon layer.Combining with the actual production process,the penetration of yellow fluorescent cocoon with JFC solution can effectively improve the permeability uniformity of the cocoon layer,reduce the falling thread and improve the recovery rate.
