Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years,our country's economy has rapidly soared and people's living standards are increasing,which directly leads to the increasing market share of the high-leave products in the domestic textile market.Then,on the other hand,the whole country's labor cost and raw material cost are also rising year by year,and the requirements of environmental supervision are more and more strict.Therefore,the traditional textile conpanise is forced to upgrade,and more rapidly,intelligent and advanced textile machinery is imperative which can improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost.This is the way for textile enterprises to survive and the development of the entire textile industry.Seamless knitting technology is a new direction for the development of textile machinery,which is in line with the demand of the market.The rapid development of embedded electronic control technology makes this direction very promising and the market space is wide.Nowadays,the domestic double sided seamless underwear machine is mainly imported from abroad.But its high cost has been discouraged by many manufacturers.This is a huge obstacle to the development of the whole knitting market.Therefore,further research on seamless knitting underwear machine has deep meaning.The beginning of this paper introduces the development of knitting machine including seamless underwear machine,and then analyzes its mechanical structure,working principle and control demand,and puts forward a knitting machine control system based on embedded operating system.The overall design idea is to adopt the layered and divided module structure.The system mainly consists of three unit layers,one is based on the human-computer interaction layer of the Linux operating system,the matrix keyboard and the LED touch screen are used as the information display and input module of the knitting machine.The other is the real-time control layer based on the M7A12N0F484 CF single chip,which is the core processing chip of the system and handles all kinds of tasks.It also sends action instructions to other layers by bus and receives feedback information at the same time.Finally,it is the driving executive layer,which is the power drive circuit that drives the mechanical equipment directly.It keeps the communication through the industrial bus and the real-time control layer.It is in time and efficiently to drive the execution mechanism according to the real-time controllayer.The main executive agencies include needle selector,air valve,stepper motor and so on.This research not only designed the knitting machine control system according to the theory,but also actively practice,according to the theoretical design and processing of the complete control system circuit board,and in the seamless underwear machine on the detailed test and production practice.The final test results show that the knitting machine control system designed by this research is stable and reliable,the functions of each module are perfect,and the woven fabric coils are in neat circle,which can meet the market demand for high quality seamless products with a broad prospect.
