Brick Tea Packaging Machine Innovation Design Based On TRIZ Theory

Innovation design theory in recent years more and more brought to the attention of the enterprise. TRIZ is used most successful and most widely throughout the world’s. However, with the TRIZ theory is widely used and promoted in the worldwide, there are some problems emerged in the engineering field. This article to find the problem of its application in engineering obtains from the research of TRIZ theory, this paper combines with the advantages of other theories to give full play to the advantages of solving the contradiction and improve its shortcomings. A new system and process of innovative design based on TRIZ theory to solve engineering problems is developed.This new system and process based on TRIZ theory to solve engineering problems of innovation design in solving the contradiction is systematic, logical, convenient, scientific, and overcome the TRIZ in the analysis of the system functions and structure, discovery system key contradiction and evaluation of innovative design quality etc. there are some deficiencies. The innovative design process of the system can quickly and effectively to be analyzed system design required function and system, accurately defined system minimization problem, key contradiction of the system are found, solve the key contradiction and the formation of multiple sets of innovative design, on the scheme of logic of science evaluation to out of the best innovative design.The current pu’er brick tea packing is still in the traditional manual stage, that only have a few simple auxiliary machinery, there is no pure mechanized equipment packaging production in large quantities. In this kind of packing status, artificial cost is too high, the production efficiency is low, it’s difficult to meet the market demand for products.This paper using the new innovation design process to solve some important design problems of the modules design of packaging machine innovation and eventually get complete feasible innovation design scheme of mechanization of brick tea packing machine. At the same time, it got some innovative designing scheme of each sub module such as elevating conveyor belt, continuous cotton paper cutting machine, cotton paper folding machine, the non-planar labeling machine.This paper based on the guiding of innovation design of the brick tea automatic packaging machine to validate the effectiveness of the innovation design new process when to solve practical engineering problems.
