The Arsenic-free TFT-LCD substrate glass kiln is a small advanced equipment.In this dissertation,Ansys Fluent Workbench software is used to simulate the electric field,temperature field and flow field in the glass liquid.The electric field is studied by using direct-current electric field instead of alternating electric field.Utilizing the DC method,the Arsenic-containing shallow pool electric assisted kiln was studied.The results show that the electric field,temperature field and flow field are symmetrically distributed in the glass liquid.The electric field in the glass liquid of the pool is evenly distributed with the electrode as the boundary,and the maximum temperature is located at the end of the 3# electrode,forming two typical main circulations.The temperature of the glass liquid in the clarifier is evenly distributed,with only a small circulation in the middle,and the rest is a linear flow.The study of Arsenic-free shallow pool electric kiln shows that the three fields of glass liquid are symmetrically distributed.The electric field is evenly distributed.After the two-stage melting process,the vertical maximum temperature coincides with the maximum temperature in the horizontal direction and is located at the position of 2/3 of the glass surface,and the effect of raising the glass temperature is significant.In addition to the two typical circulations,four small circulations are also formed near the electrodes.The use of numerical simulation results has solved some important problems in the production process,especially the electric field,and made the yield rate higher than 80% for a long period of time,achieving the research goal.Through the numerical simulation of an Arsenic-free kiln,the distribution of the three fields was analyzed,and the fine kiln furnace can be accurately studied.The numerical simulation of the complex electric field in the substrate glass furnace has laid some practical experience and theoretical basis for the study of other electric melting furnaces.
