The great development and prosperity of national economy brings about the high-speed growth of energy demand in various industries,which ushers great development of oil and gas storage and transportation industry.However,oil and gas are class of dangerous goods,which are volatile,low ignition point and easy to produce static electricity,leading to burning,explosion and leakage etc in the process of oil and gas storage and transportation,which would pose great threat to people's life and property.Therefore,the enhancement of daily monitoring and early warning management of oil and gas storage and transportation plays an important role in guaranteeing their safe operation.The monitoring and early warning data for oil and gas storage and transportation are mainly structured data,a small amount of unstructured data would temporarily not considered in this study.This paper focuses on the research of intelligent monitoring and early warning in middle and small scale oil and gas storage and transportation firms considering their dangerous,importance and information level difference.Currently,all kinds of safety accidents occurred in oil storage units,most of which are caused by lack of timely detection of safety hazards.Although the oil storage units have installed advanced sensors to realize the real-time collection and transmission of monitoring data,the traditional early-warning management method cannot have methods to deal with such monitoring data.Therefore,even with a large number of monitoring data,it is still not possible to analyze the security risks at an early time.Thus,it discusses how to quickly and efficiently help enterprises analyze and deal with such monitoring data,finding out abnormal data information situation,helping enterprises eliminate the danger cause before it is too late,ensuring the safe operation.Firstly,this paper introduces the problem and accidents exposed in oil and gas storage and transportation.Secondly,this study combs research status of oil and gas storage and transportation,identifying related influence factors,and the existing problems of oil storage enterprises are introduced.In view of the diversity of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities,such as static storage tanks,pipelines and other facilities,this article mainly takes tanks as research object.Literature suggests that tank temperature,pressure,concentration of medium and liquid level can play important role,can effectively realize the purpose ofmonitoring and early warning.Thirdly,this study makes an on-the-spot investigation of LiaoHe oilfield,establishes an index system of monitoring and early warning.Then control chart theory is applied for filtering large data.Abnormal data filtered would be further in-depth analyzing by PNN,to judge the danger source behind monitoring data,formulating corresponding countermeasures according to the results of data classification,calling pre-arranged planning to avoid occurrence of disasters.Simulation results show that the model is scientific,effective and practical,which can be applied in enterprise management.Finally,designing an online intelligent monitoring and warning system for oil and gas storage and transportation facilities,the connection between the system and the traditional warning system is introduced,offering approaches for oil and gas storage and transportation enterprises.
