Linjiang City is a county-level city located in the southeast of Jilin Province,the middle and upper reaches of the Yalu River,and the hinterland of Changbai Mountain.The total population is 216,000.In recent years,the city's economic development has accelerated,the city's scale has been expanded,the people's living standards have improved.And the amount of sewage discharged has increased,the existing wastewater treatment load is increasing day by day.Linjiang City's urban sewage treatment project is located in the vicinity of the Gangou River in the city of Linjiang and covers an area of 37350 m2.It was built and put into operation in 2012.It has not reached the design processing capacity.The wastewater treatment plant adopts the A2/O biochemical reaction treatment process,and the effluent meets the Class B standard of the “Emission Standard of Pollutants for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants”(GB18918-2002).However,in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned standard 4.1.2.2,the effluent of the sewage treatment plant should meet the Class A standard.At the same time,the entire urban area does not have a complete sewerage pipe network.The sewage in some blocks of the urban area were randomly arranged.The residents along the street and public buildings discharged the sewage into the street ditches or directly pave the road surface.This greatly affected the urban environment and road traffic,and directly destroyed Linjiang's ecological environment.In April 2015,the State Council issued the “Water Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan(Water Ten Articles)”,which requires the strengthening of urban living pollution control.This project intends to design the upgrading project and the reclaimed water reuse project of the wastewater treatment plant in Linjiang city.The scale of the project will be upgraded to 2.5×104m3/d for the the reclaimed water reuse project.It will form a complete set with the d400-d800 sewage collection pipeline,totally 11.504 km.The main research content of this project is to reconstruct the original A2/O biochemical pool,build a new intermediate lift pump station,a new deep treatment room,a new drug room,and remove the original UV disinfection room.After comparison,the secondary treatment process adopts the activated sludge-suspension packing composite process.The advanced treatment process adopts the micro-flocculation treatment process(mechanical mixing + mechanical flocculation reaction tank + active sand filter).The disinfection process adopts the sodium hypochlorite disinfection proces.The deodorizing process adopts the whole process of deodorizing process.The treated wastewater will meet the Class A standard.The reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant in Linjiang City will not only improve people's livelihood,but also provide a solid foundation for accelerating economic development and improving the development of the township,which will have positive effects and far-reaching significance on the development of Linjiang City.
