In recent years,China's railway construction is in a period of vigorous development.Railway as the hard core of social and economic system,play an important role in national economic development at the same time,with the natural environment,the contradiction between ecological environment and natural resources is increasingly outstanding,if not timely take effective measures to protect the environment,will cause irreversible damage to the environment.The stage of construction is the most serious damage to the environment and waste of resources.At present,the railway construction phase of the research is still in the exploratory stage at home and abroad,there is no a set of complete mature theoretical system,china has promoted and implemented the relevant norms and standards of green railway station,green building.Therefore,in order to reduce energy waste and ecological environment pollution,the establishment of environmental protection standard system applicable to railway green construction has become the primary task.Based on the reference of the current situation of railway green construction,evaluation index and evaluation method at home and abroad,in view of the environmental impact in the of construction stage,the following research:(1)By looking at the research on the development of the construction of railway green environmental protection at home and abroad,understanding of domestic and foreign research dynamic,combining with China's national conditions,put forward the construction of railway green construction theoretical system,it can promote the development of green and human society.(2)Puts forward the concept of green railway construction.By studying environmental carrying capacity theory,sustainable development theory,comparative and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of determining weights methods and evaluation model,to determine the comprehensive evaluation method adopted in this paper.(3)Considere the established evaluation index system is suitable for the railway construction stage,starte from the construction process of railway construction,from the atmospheric pollution,solid waste pollution,water pollution,noise pollution,ecological destruction and the health effects of six aspects to extract the influencing factors of environment,and according to the influencing factors to set up the corresponding environmental protection measures.(4)According to the environmental impact factors extracted,the evaluation index system of qualitative and quantitative combination is constructed,and the rating criteria and evaluation level of the indicators are determined according to the existing norms and standards.(5)Based on the evaluation index system constructed in this paper,a comprehensive evaluation model for environmental protection of railway green construction based on grey theory is established.The improved analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis method were used to determine the combination weight and the grey clustering method was used for comprehensive evaluation.(6)To verify the scientific nature and rationality of the proposed comprehensive evaluation model,select five blocks of BAO LAN high-speed railway in Gansu section,and draw the conclusion: The first block,the second block and the third block are qualified,the fourth block and the fifth block are medium.Finally,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the article and summarizes it,laying a foundation for further research.
