| With the development of China’s railway construction, railway construction in a variety of negative impacting on the environment have become increasingly prominent, environmental evaluation of railway construction project attracted widespread attention. From the engineering characteristics of railway construction projects starting, the concept of the railway domain ecosystem, and from systems theory, environmental carrying capacity in terms of the theory of railway construction project environmental impact assessment to build a theoretical support, provides an overview of the ecological environment of railway construction project, land resources, water environment, the general impact of atmospheric and acoustic environment, and establish a comprehensive railway construction project environmental impact evaluation of the basic content and evaluation model was constructed from the mathematical methods.
