While the global industrialization is leading to the rapid development of human society,it has made a significant impact on global climate change.In our country,the problem of air pollution is becoming more and more prominent.Although the technology and methods of air pollution control are constantly improving,the deterioration trend of air pollution has not been effectively controlled.Shengze Town,Wujiang District,Suzhou,also known as the Silk City,is well developed in industry,it has more than 2500 Textile factory in its area and supplies one quarter of the country's cloth.Nearly 70% of the country's chemical fiber fabric is produced here if you add the towns and villages around Shengze.Shengze town has always been the country's largest textile market since 2005.Each year more than 10,000 kinds of textiles are sold in over 100 countries and regions in the world.As of 2017,the transaction amount has exceeded 100 billion RMB for five consecutive years.While making great economic benefits,the atmosphere has become increasingly bad and caused serious consequences due to the failure of government assessment mechanism,serious local protectionism,inadequate regional governance cooperation mechanism and difficulties in running companies,which caused some problems such as the inability of environmental protection policies,the low enforcement power of environmental protection departments,the failure of cross-regional governance and the low cooperation of enterprises.The public sector should make comprehensive use of political,economic and legal means to control organic waste gas.By learning from the experiences of developed countries,achieving the new consensus from top to bottom,introducing total waste gas pollution control from Kawasaki,reforming supply-side,upgrading industry,establishing regional governance cooperation mechanism and upgrading the enforcement of environmental protection departments,we can finally solve the problem of waste gas pollution,promote the sustainable economic development and benefit future generations.
