As its accurate dosage,and the characteristics of convenient administration,traditional Chinese medicine tablets have an important position in the drug product.Therefore,modeling and optimizing for overall process of the production of traditional Chinese medicine tablets to improving the production efficiency has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic process of the production of traditional Chinese medicine tablets,then analyzes the production process and the main influencing factors,and the working principle of the production equipment carefully.Through in-depth study of the production process of traditional Chinese medicine tablets,according to the basic principle of powder mechanics,viscoelastic model established in the production process of traditional Chinese medicine tablets,the mean particle size,porosity,tablet hardness,solubility,disintegration time and the operation variables(spray frequency,spray rate,atomization pressure,pre punch distance from the surface and punch distance from the surface,speed)mechanism model and simulation results verify the validity of the model.Using the mechanism model to simulate the actual process to generate data,then using partial least squares(PLS)method,the overall process prediction model of the production process of traditional Chinese medicine tablets was established.Based on traditional Chinese medicine tablet unit output maximum as optimization objective,with operating variables as decision variables,under the constraints of quality index established traditional Chinese medicine tablet process optimization model,and the use of particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm to optimize the calculation,optimization results and operating variables set value.On the basis,using the mechanism model,the traditional Chinese medicine tablet unit output maximum as the goal,operating variables and key components of the equipment types as decision variables,under the constraints of quality index to establish optimization model.Using the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm to solve the problem,the model of the key parts of the equipment and the operating variables are obtained.
