Chinese medicine is the unique and advantageous field in our country's pharmaceutical industry,and traditional Chinese medicine extract is an important intermediate products.Its quality directly affects the follow-up preparation production.The production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract is a typical multi-process production process and the optimization of the single production process is difficult to achieve the overall production process optimization of traditional Chinese medicine extract.With the increasing competition in the market,the optimization for the overall production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract has become an effective means to achieve high efficiency and low consumption and improve the core competitiveness.Thus,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study modeling and optimization method of overall the production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract.This thesis introduces the development status of the modeling and optimization of traditional Chinese medicine extract production and then introduces the process principle,the production process and the operation of the key process in the production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract.Through the mechanism analysis,operation and field experience,the operation variables and their quality indexes of each process were determined and the process standard was analyzed and combed.Secondly,through the in-depth study on the main processes of the production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract,the mechanism model of the relationship between operating variables and quality index,process parameters was established,including the mechanism model of extraction process,concentration process and drying process according to the basic principles of material balance,energy balance and reaction kinetics.The mechanism model is verified by simulation.According to the relationship between the various processes,the overall mechanism model of the production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract is established in the use of the mechanism model of each process.Based on the overall mechanism model,with the goal of maximum of economic benefit of single-batch production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract,under the constraint of quality index and process parameters,operation variables of each process are the decision variables and the overall process optimization model of the production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract was established and solved.Aiming at the problems of poor accuracy and poor global convergence of the conventional overall process optimization method in the background of the production process of traditional Chinese medicine extraction,based on the general idea of simplification,our research group put forward the overall process optimization method of block successive for the production process of traditional Chinese medicine extraction by calculating a series of sub-optimization problems equivalent to the original optimization problem.The simulation results show that the overall process optimization method of block successive has good global convergence and high optimization efficiency through the comparison of the conventional overall process optimization method.Also,different blocking methods will have different effects on the optimization results and choosing the appropriate blocking method can help to improve the optimization results.Therefore,it provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the overall production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract.
