Private enterprises have become an important part in the development of the society and economy.However,Most private enterprises generally have deviations in salary understanding.Some of them have not even established a scientific and reasonable salary management system.How to improve employee's enthusiasm through design in compensation is significant to the sustainable development.Based on M Company,this paper comprehensively applies the theories of management,organizational behavior and modem salary management,follows the logical thinking of "salary status-salary analysis-salary reflection-salary improvement",and adopts the methods of literature search,case analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the current salary management system of M Company.Based on the analysis of the current situation of salary management problems and their causes,this paper puts forward the scheme of salary improvement and optimization under the guidance of modern salary management theory and starting from improving the salary design system of M Company.Firstly,through the investigation,this paper understands the basic organizational framework and the basic system of salary management of M Company,and carries out field interviews with the special questionnaire survey of salary management.Secondly,it explores all aspects of the basic system of salary design in M company.Thirdly,combining with the basic theory of salary management,this paper analyses the reasons for the existing problems in the salary design of M company.Finally,combined with the principle of salary management and the basic theory of salary design,this paper corrects the existing problems of M company one by one from the theoretical perspective,and puts forward suggestions for optimization and improvement,so as to provide reference for M company to improve salary.Therefore,taking M company as a case,the paper draws the conclusion that there are some problems in the salary design of private enterprises and the direction of improvement and optimization.
