With the advent of the knowledge economy and the development of global economic integration,enterprises in various fields have an increasing demand for human resources.Employees' work enthusiasm and methods of retaining talents have become the key issues considered by the company,and have also become an important prerequisite for the stable and sustainable development of the company and the promotion of its comprehensive market competitiveness.Compensation is not only an important part of enterprise management,but also an advantage and competitiveness for enterprises to attract and retain talents.To improve employees' stability,sense of belonging and sense of responsibility,enterprises need to establish a set of scientific,reasonable and practical compensation system.It is necessary to comprehensively optimize the existing salary system,combine with the enterprise's own development and operation mode,and create a scientific,reasonable and effective salary system to motivate employees,so as to meet the development of the enterprise and promote the development of employees themselves.Decathlon Sports Products Co.,LTD.,as a senior foreign-funded enterprise,has an imperfect salary system.Due to geographical location and environmental factors,Decathlon(North)occupies an important position in the enterprise.This paper takes the salary of sales staff in Decathlon North store as the research object.It USES research method and employee interview to find out the salary management problem,analyze the causes of the problem,find out the solution and optimization scheme of the problem,and make the salary system scientific and reasonable.On the basis of the development of the company,by using contrast method,optimized post hierarchy,adjust the level of salary,make fair,fair and open system of remuneration,and correlates to the company's interests and personal interests,let employees to experience,as long as there will be a return,through efforts to create a strong competitive team to provide security,to make the decathlon company(north)has its place in the retail market competition,to competition in the market.After optimizing the salary system,this paper implements the specific program of post salary,the adjustment of annual merit salary,performance design,allowance and subsidy design,which fully ensures that the adjusted salary has comparative advantages in the same industry salary in the market,and then can recruit more excellent talents,also can make the personnel entering the company more stable,can serve the company for a longer time,and be loyal to the company.
