With the reform and opening up,sewage discharge in villages is increasing year by year with the rapid industrialization of China.The sensible design is vital in sewage treatment control system.However,the villages are facing the troubles of lacking administrator,difficult wiring and the dispersed stations.Consequently,the traditional cable connection lengthened construction period.Therefore,this paper designs a remote monitoring system for sewage treatment based on 4G wireless communication technology.With the development of wireless communication technology,from the initial 2G to the mature 4G,which efficient data transmission,high quality voice and video transmission,compatibility and lower cost have been widely favored in industry.The data transmission channel via the bridge of 4G is established between the scene and the monitoring center,which realizes the remote monitoring system of the sewage treatment in the village.The main contents of the remote monitoring system: 1)S7-1200 data acquisition;2)design of 4G wireless communication scheme;3)pc monitor system design.Firstly,on the basis of fully understanding the entire process of sewage treatment,4G network is chosen as the data transmission channel in the sewage treatment process.Considering the anti-interference performance and working stability,we choose USR-G780 DTU as the transceiver of network device.The PLC is initialized by ladder diagram programming.Subsequently,system can transfer water quality parameters of the sewage treatment and the status of on-line operating equipment to the monitoring center.This process achieves remote connection between the S7-1200 and the monitoring center.In addition,this paper uses Modbus RTU communication protocol to complete the communication between slave station and PLC,and TCP/IP completes the data transmission.Ultimately,the test for the design is done.Finally,by using configuration software realize the design of the main interface and related functions.After completing the design of the whole sewage treatment remote monitoring system,the transmission of data experiment based on the system debugging platform is carried out.The experiment proves that the efficiency of data transmission based on 4G is greatly improved.Meanwhile,it also verifies the feasibility,accuracy and security of the system design.At last,the interference and error rate are analyzed and the corresponding measures are put forward.The main contribution of this paper is a wireless data transmission system is built,with simple structure,stable performance,fast transmission rate and high accuracy by using the 4G network string to set up the field and the monitoring center.It embraces good compatibility and network environment,which solves the control system expansion and data transmission rate,thus ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the remote monitoring system of sewage treatment.
