With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the discharge of urban sewage is increasing year by year at an alarming rate,which result in that the expansion of the sewage treatment system is imminent.However,the vast majority of domestic sewage treatment control systems are based on Fieldbus and Industrial Ethernet.When the sewage treatment system requires adding new devices,the cable needs to be re-laid,construction difficult and long construction period.In view of these,This paper proposes the use of wireless communication technology to solve the problem of new equipment access.Firstly,this paper researches several common wireless communication technologies,and determines adopting the ZigBee network as the data transmission channel in the extended system.Then,based on the analysis of the process of Biological Aerated Filter and the framework of traditional sewage treatment system,the main technical scheme on wireless communication system for sewage treatment is established.The research contents of this paper include the data acquisition of new equipment,the construction of ZigBee communication network and the PC monitoring system designing.According to the interfering situation and cost of sewage treatment,this paper adopts the Microcontroller Unit(MCU)and the analog to digital conversion chip as the data acquisition device.In the aspect of communication network construction,the SZ05 module and the SZ02 module are used as the data transceivers of the network equipment,which can actualize bidirectional data exchange between monitoring center and industrial site.Additionally,by using the configuration software,the host computer control system is designed.Based on the integral scheme,this paper elaborates the design scheme of wireless communication system in sewage treatment from the hardware level and software level respectively.Meanwhile,the design process of monitor system is introduced detailedly.Finally,the feasibility and practicability of the system are verified through the transmission experiment on established the platform of system debugging.The innovation of this paper lies in the use of ZigBee technology to build a simple,stable and reliable wireless data transmission system in the sewage treatment site.The system can effectively solve the problem of equipment expansion of existing sewage treatment systems,thus saving investment and improving sewage processing system efficiency.
