Scraper conveyor is an important transport equipment in coal mine,and its reliability will affect the efficiency of coal mining.This paper relies on the national development and Reform Commission Energy Center major projects "Research on theory and key technology of high-end comprehensive mechanized mining equipment".Under complex conditions,the problem of running current is too large and high failure rate of Scraper conveyor.Using the method of mathematical modeling and numerical analysis.The power balance control strategy of the large scraper conveyor of the three motor is studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the specific parameters of scraper conveyor,and analysised the scraper conveyor load characteristics,mainly calculated the scraper conveyor of cargoes and resistance calculation under the condition of stable operation,scraper conveyor dynamic mathematical model and simulation model is established.Simulation analysis change trend of the key parameter of scraper conveyor chain machine special tension and speed,drive sprocket output torque.Find the factors that affect the power balance of the scraper conveyor motor:load change and structural parameters changes.(2)Based on the principle of variable frequency speed regulation,according to the working principles and structure features of the mine used three-phase asynchronous motor,established the mathematical model of the asynchronous motor for the scraper conveyor,used the direct torque control method for motor torque control,established a system of mathematical model and simulation model of direct torque control,the feasibility of the control method in the application of the scraper conveyor motor is validated by simulation.(3)Considering the factors that affect the motor power balance of the scraper conveyor,the scheme of the power balance of the motor is determined.On the basis of motor direct torque control in chapter three,the scraper conveyor motor power balance control system is design.Control system uses current load identification method,determine the ratio of load torque,and then adjust speed according to the load torque of the motor,realized the motor power balance.(4)According to the design of scraper conveyor power balance control system,a simulation model is established using AMEsim module.Setted reasonable simulation parameters,simulated the control system,analyses the rationality in the motor load stability and fluctuation under the condition of control effect of the control system,which verify the rationality of the control system.
