With the continuous acceleration of industrialization and economy in our country,the issue of energy conservation and consumption reduction becomes more and more urgent.There is no waste heat recovery of flue gas emissions to the outside world,not only a serious waste of resources,but also cause great pollution of the environment.Therefore,the utilization of flue gas waste heat has been one of the hot spots of widespread concern and research by thermal power plants at home and abroad.Although domestic and international research on the utilization of flue gas waste heat has been conducted in depth,the original design standards of most flue gas waste heat recovery systems in fossil fuel power plants can not meet the latest domestic environmental protection standards nowadays.Therefore,many thermal power plants in our country start to smoke Renovation of Gas Waste Heat Utilization System.In this paper,Huaneng Power Plant 600MW boiler exhaust heat utilization system as a research object,summarizes the existing domestic and foreign retrofit technology of flue gas waste heat recovery system,analysis of the power plant related flue system equipment operation status;the old flue gas waste heat utilization system The main problems existing in this system and their causes were explored.Considering the specific requirements of the reconstruction project,two sets of corresponding renovation plans were put forward and the feasibility was evaluated.Finally,the final reconstruction plan was finalized and implemented.The new flue gas waste heat utilization system was tested in the field,and its transformation effect and system economy were analyzed.The results show that the system can reduce the flue gas temperature from 150?to109?and increase the condensing water temperature from 80?to 119.4?.The dust removal efficiency can be increased by 9%.The flue gas volume The annual flow rate can be reduced by 22.3406?106Nm3,the coal consumption for power generation can be reduced by 1.51g/?kW?h?,and the coal consumption for power supply can be reduced by1.443g/?kW?h?.The annual operating cost of a single unit can be reduced by 2.758million yuan and the waste heat recovered by 33.71MW.CO2 emissions reduced 4977t/y,NOX emissions decreased 16.26t/y,SO2 emissions reduced 4.001t/y,dust emissions decreased 4.308t/y.The modified test results of the system are consistent with the design results.Compared with the data before modification,the effect of waste heat recovery after the system reform is better than that before reconstruction,which can meet the expectation requirements.It can provide reference for the reformation of dust remover and desulfurization system and its induced draft fan.
