| Economic development cannot be separated from a strong energy base.In the past process of economic development in our country,there was an extensive development mode of exchanging energy consumption and environmental destruction for economic benefits.China is rich in energy resources and its total energy reserves account for a large proportion of the world’s energy reserves.With China’s economic development entering a new stage,industrial upgrading and transformation are imperative.The past development pattern of consuming energy and damaging the environment has been unable to meet the needs of China’s current economic development and national conditions.This development pattern has become a shackle that restricts China’s economy from making new breakthroughs.It is necessary to break the inherent pattern,explore the energy-intensive economic development pattern and achieve win-win results in economic development and environmental protection.Lack of scientific and uncontrolled energy consumption not only causes irreversible damage to energy,but also causes great damage to the environment.China’s NPC and CPPCC have mentioned the key word of environmental protection over the years.New environmental protection policies and measures will be issued each year.Environmental protection has become a major issue that concerns the national economy and people’s livelihood.It is imperative to place environmental protection in the same important position as regional economic development,sacrificing environment for economy.This is a foolish development concept.Enterprises with high pollution and high emission are shouldering the heavy responsibility of energy conservation and emission reduction.As the first high-temperature and high-pressure thermal power plant in Shanxi Province,Taiyuan Second Thermal Power Plant has experienced more than 40 years of development.Under the requirements of modern enterprise system,it has changed its concept,followed the call of the state for energy conservation and emission reduction,and continuously explored new technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction.However,as a thermal power generation enterprise,energy consumption and environmental pollution are still urgent problems to be solved in Taiyuan No.2 Thermal Power Plant.This paper takes Taiyuan No.2 Thermal Power Plant as the research object,adopts the methods of literature review and SWOT analysis,analyzes its achievements and experiences in energy conservation and emission reduction in recent years,and obtains suggestions for improvement,which will be extended to the industry to improve the energy conservation and emission reduction effectiveness of the entire power generation enterprise.This paper first introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of innovative management of energy.Secondly,the related theories of thermal power generation and energy saving management are discussed in detail,and the relationship between energy saving and emission reduction and thermal power generation is analyzed,which lays the theoretical foundation for the full text.Thirdly,the development status of thermal power generation enterprises is elaborated,and the problems existing in the operation process and the targeted measures for energy saving and emission reduction management of thermal power generation enterprises are mainly analyzed.The fourth part,as the core part of the article,introduces the development status of Taiyuan Second Thermal Power Plant through strict program analysis and evaluation of the implementation effect of energy-saving management in thermal power plants,analyzes its energy-saving and emission-reduction management methods and implementation process,and evaluates the application effect of M-O-T management framework in energy-saving management of Taiyuan Second Thermal Power Plant,and obtains the evaluation results.Finally,detailed suggestions and improvement measures are obtained to provide suggestions for the improvement of energy-saving management in Taiyuan No.2 Thermal Power Plant,and also to provide reference for energy-saving management in thermal power generation industry. |
