The coal-based energy structure has begun to form in China since the first industrial revolution.It has not been changed so far.It is precisely because of this energy structure that it has brought inexhaustible environmental pollution to China's air pollution.As the main source of coal consumption,coal-fired power plants must strictly control their emissions of flue gas and fully implement the upgrading of energy-saving emission reductions in the coal-fired power industry.In the face of this severe environmental pollution situation,the management agencies and environmental protection agencies of China's coal-fired units have established the most stringent pollutant discharge standards in history through engineering studies.It aims to promote ultra-low emission requirements for coal-fired power plants and new energy-saving energy consumption standards,and establish a clean and efficient coal-fired power system.This article takes a coal-fired power plant with a capacity of 2x350 MW in Changchun City of Jilin Province as an example.First,optimize the analysis of high energy-consuming equipment and operation mode of the desulfurization system of the#1 unit and #2 unit supercritical once-through boiler to obtain good economic results and reduce the desulfurization operating costs.Second,the power plant desulphurization equipment and electrostatic precipitator equipment will be upgraded to ensure that the amount of pollutant emissions can meet the standards.The specific transformation plan is: Electrostatic precipitator transformation + desulfurization transformation.Among them,the collaborative dust removal reformation of electrostatic precipitators was studied,and the flue gas system,absorption tower and desulfurization wastewater treatment system of the desulfurization system were reformed.
