The technology of separation and purification of nuclear grade sponge zirconium and hafnium is a technology of zirconium and hafnium separation with a certain advance through independent innovation and development by China National Nuclear Corporation 272 uranium industry limited liability company.In zirconium and hafnium separation technology,zirconium heating is the key step to affect the separation of zirconium and hafnium.Due to the actual production process,the traditional hoisting vacuum smelting method can not meet the actual production needs,University of South China and The 272 uranium industry co developed a set of zirconium vacuum smelting furnace hoisting device.In order to improve the operation accuracy and hoisting safety factor,simplify the hoisting operation process and reduce the working intensity of operators,it has a good application prospect.This paper expounds the background of the equipment research,lists several special hoisting equipment at home and abroad,and compares it,draws up the contents of the research and the overall structure of the paper,designs the structure of the main body according to the actual situation and design requirements,and designs the structure and working principle of the walking mechanism,according to the reference data and the design.The parameters of the hydraulic pump station and the hydraulic schematic diagram are determined.Finally,the simulation of the key parts of the hoisting device and the body of the hoisting device is made.The Pro/E software is used to model the body and then the static simulation is carried out through the Ansys software,and the structure of the car body is optimized.The design of the hoisting device of the zirconium vacuum smelting furnace can realize the automatic opening and closing of the vacuum smelting furnace before and after the heating of the zirconium tub,improve the safety and reliability of the hoisting and the production efficiency of the product,and provide a new idea for the design of some large calibre automatic precision hoisting equipment.
