China's economic and social development cannot be separated from the steady supply of oil.Without oil,China's development will be seriously threatened.Oil prices continue to fall,and China's oil fields face major challenges.Production costs account for a large proportion of crude oil sales,so it is crucial to control the cost of production.The profits of oil fields are realized mainly by raising prices and production,while reducing costs.At present,the price of international crude oil shows the trend of volatility,and the storage and production of crude oil in various oil fields are generally declining.There are also many problems in the cost control of oil fields.The problem of production cost is the main influencing factor of oilfield profit.Oilfield production costs involved in a number of costs,including depreciation,artificial cost,material cost,fuel cost,operation cost,transportation cost,maintenance cost,power fee and other fees,etc.,in the actual production management,management method,management technology and the deficiency in the production technology,the production cost of waste and mismanagement.Therefore,to strengthen the research of oil production cost analysis the production cost of each cost expenditure can be reasonable allocation of resources,improve the ability of oil field production cost control and profitability,so as to realize the longterm development of the oilfield.Data based on the production cost of SL oilfield as the research basis,first of all,analyzing the present situation and problems of the production cost of SL oilfield,including on SL oilfield development history,current situation of the development of oil field,the production cost and production cost control conditions for a simple introduction,using comparative analysis method,respectively,the SL oilfield production cost control management and oilfield company at home and abroad were reviewed and compared,in recent years,SL oilfield production cost comparison the changes of history,and then puts forward the existing problems.Secondly,using the measuring analysis with pareto analysis,exponential smoothing of SL oilfield production cost were analyzed,and put forward based on the analysis of themeasurement of SL problems of oilfield production cost.Finally,Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the production cost control ability of SL oilfield.
