In this paper, indium oxide and its complexes with different morphology were prepared by hydrothermal method and other methods for degradation of dye solutions. The effects of different conditions on the photocatalytic performance were studied.By comparing the photocatalytic properties of the samples under different conditions, photocatalytic materials with good experimental conditions were obtained. The content of this paper is as follows:?1?Indium oxide was prepared by solvothermal method using indium chloride as raw material, ethylene glycol and water as solvent, and characterized by XRD,SEM,fluorescence spectroscopy,UV-visible diffuse reflectance, and specific surface area. The results show that the obtained indium oxide is a cubic phase and the morphology is granular;the indium oxide particles are compounded with cadmium sulfide, and the resulting composite material is a granular indium oxide/rod cadmium sulfide composite material. The photocatalytic performance of the material was tested, and the photocatalyst with the best degradation conditions was obtained. It was proved that when the mass of the prepared composite material is 0.05g,n?In2O3?:n?CdS?=1:4,the degradation is best. The degradation rate is 96.2%.?2?The particles were composited with indium oxide and zinc oxide, and characterized by phase characterization, morphology characterization, specific surface analysis, and UV-visible diffuse reflectance analysis. The prepared composites were particles of indium oxide/brick.Zinc oxide composite. The methylene blue was used as the target degradation model. The photocatalytic test was carried out to prove that the prepared material with good properties and the photocatalytic mechanism of the composite was analyzed. After the degraded methylene blue was measured for total organic carbon, the removal rate of carbon was 86.1%.When the final Composite materials was 0.05g,the photocatalytic degradation was the best and the degradation rate was 94.3%.?3?The particles of indium oxide were compounded with spherical iron oxides, and characterized by phase characterization, morphology characterization, specific surface analysis, and UV-visible diffuse reflectance analysis.A series of indium oxide/spherical iron oxide composites were obtained.Methyl orange was used as degradation model to carry out photocatalytic conditions experiments under different conditions. It was found that when Composite materials was0.08g and when the molar ratio of indium oxide to iron oxide was 1:3,the degradation of methyl orange dye was the best. The degradation rate was 98.1%.The infrared and total organic carbon of the degraded methyl orange were measured, which proved that the structure of methyl orange was destroyed and the photocatalytic degradation was better.?4?Indium oxide was prepared by solvothermal method using DMF as a template, and characterized by phase and morphology. The indium hydroxide precursor, indium hydroxide, was analyzed by thermogravimetry.Through a series of tests, the results showed that:The synthetic indium oxide had a cubic phase with a small square shape.Through the photocatalytic performance test, methylene blue had the best degradation effect. The indium oxides with different morphologies prepared under different solvent ratios were used to degrade methylene blue, and the photocatalytic degradation performance was compared. It was found that when DMF:H2O=2:1?the product is marked as a?,this solvent ratio was used to prepare Indium oxide had a square shape and the best photocatalytic degradation. The photocatalytic degradation rate was 74.3%.
