The current auto industry increasingly progress,people compared to the previous focus on performance at the same time also will focus on the car's comfort,more and more attention of passenger car body vibration and interior noise control,control of the interior noise level also gradually become a measure of the quality of passenger car.One of the important indicators.In the field of automobile noise vibration,the automobile NVH is usually used to characterize the comfort performance of the car.NVH is the abbreviation of harshness(unsmoothness),Noise and vibration.While the domestic automobile manufacturers because of itself of automobile manufacture technology basis is relatively weak,so at the beginning of the vehicle design,as a result of the limitation of technology it is hard to control the vehicle chassis vibration harshness(NVH)quality,body structure and powertrain elements such as design reach the designated position,so usually in vehicle product out again after rectification of the vehicle harshness(NVH).So in this context,as we all know the current domestic automobile even if some parts of car body abroad have put a lot of damping materials,are most of the automobile damping materials mainly play the role of noise and vibration.The current major domestic auto makers damping materials are used by traditional asphalt damping materials and rubber damping material is given priority to,although the two types of damping material can have the effect of vibration noise but not only have an effect on environmental protection,and can increase the weight and a new type of liquid can be sprayed damping deadening[liquid apply sound deadener](hereinafter referred to as the LASD),besides high performance damping performance,is both environmental protection and contribute to the lightweight car body.And LASD is divided into PVC,rubber and water-based acrylic.This paper focuses on the water-based acrylic base is LASD materials,based on waterborne acrylic base system LASD cantilever beam method and CAE simulation method is used to analyze LASD damping performance,shock absorption,noise reduction,and compared with traditional common damping materials properties,such as reducing car interior odor and lightweight car body were analyzed,and a detailed analysis of the LASD process and cost analysis.Through this article research LASD than conventional asphalt and rubber damping materials on damping performance,has the advantages of high light and stored in logistics operation now also has the advantage of higher than traditional damping.
