The copolymer dispersant of MAB was synthesized with maleic anhydride(MA),acrylic acid(AA)and butyl acrylate(BA)as monomers,and is used to process the surface of the iron oxide red pigment and copper chromite black pigment.Using the copolymer dispersant in the preparation of colored sand,and the influence factors on abrasion resistance of colored sand were studied.This dissertation is composed of three parts:(1)The copolymer dispersant of MAB was prepared by free radical polymerization.The initiator is ammonium persulfate and chain transfer agent is isopropyl alcohol.The effects of monomer molar ratio,dosage of initiator,dosage of chain transfer agent,reaction time and reaction temperature on the dispersion of the copolymer for iron oxide red are discussed,and the dispersing effect of MAB copolymer dispersant on iron oxide red pigment was studied systematically.The results show that the addition of polymer dispersants significantly reduces the agglomeration degree of pigment,and the average particle size of suspension of iron oxide red pigment was reduced and the particle size distribution was narrow.When the amount of dispersant was 6%,the absolute value of zeta potential reached a maximum of 47.1 mV,and the average particle size of the iron oxide red was reduced from the initial 4.365 ?m to 1.660?m.(2)The three kinds of pigment of copper chrome black,titanium nickel yellow and cobalt blue were tested and analyzed respectively.It was found that there was serious agglomeration of copper chrome black pigment.The copper-chrome black pigment was treated with traditional dispersant polyethylene glycol-4000 and self-made copolymer dispersant of MAB,and particle size analysis,zeta potential,SEM and other characterization methods were applied to compare the dispersion of two dispersants.The results showed that the dispersing effect of the traditional dispersant polyethylene glycol-4000 on copper chrome black was much lower than that of the self-made copolymer dispersant,and when the amount of dispersant was 7%,the absolute value of zeta potential reached a maximum of 49.7 mV.(3)The bonding agent of aluminum phosphate was formed by reaction of H3PO4 and Al(OH)3.The influence of different mole ratios of phosphorous to aluminium on mechanical properties of adhesives was investigated.When H3PO4 and Al(OH)3 mole ratio are 3:1,the combined performance of aluminum phosphate binder is the best,and the main constituent of the matrix was Al(H2PO4)3.The solidification process of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate was studied,the results showed that the optimum calcination temperature is 650 ?,The artificial color sand was prepared by high temperature calcination after mixing Al(H2PO4)3 with quartz sand,pigment and flux.And the influence factors on abrasion resistance of colored sand were studied,and the results show that the addition of dispersants enhances the wear resistance of artificial color sand.
