In this paper, the factors which may influence the ecosystem are selected as indicators, with index analysis principle and the ecological theory, construct functional, ecological and social situations,18 indicators to analyze ecological health of the Yellow River Delta, every standard level has 6 indicators, including rainfall, evaporation, degradation of wetland area, forest coverage rate, intensity of human activities, the management of wetlands and so on,select Kenli of Dongying as the study area, collect and analyze data of ecology, climate and society, use AHP method to calculate weight, according the data and weight to grade ecological health. The scores of wetland's function, ecology and society are 0.4942,0.5140,0.7653,the wetland ecological health score is 0.6242.According to the same index system and weight, calculate 7 years' scores, use correlation analysis to calculate the data in SPSS.From 2004 to 2016,the result shows that score is slowly increased, that means the ecology of the Yellow River Delta is recovering, the laws and regulations have been improved.Based on the 7 years of scores and every year's social, ecology, climate condition, calculate and analyze correlations between them, select Pearson correlation coefficient. Then select 10 indicators to make systematic cluster analysis,if divide 10 indicators into 3 categories,it can be concluded that human activity intensity, degradation of wetland area and other 7 indicators have the similarity to wetland ecological impact. The conclusion is the degradation of wetland area has the strongest influence to the Yellow River Delta's ecological health, human activity intensity and forest coverage rate also have strong influence on ecosystem's health, compared with the indicators mentioned above, with this paper's assessment system, rainfall, evaporation and other indicators have diminutive impacts to the wetland ecological health.
